For Commison on $1000.00 at 6% = $60.00
For comission on $257.95 at 4% = $10.31
Total $70.31
The estate total apparently was $1287.95 (with inflation, in year 2007, this would be $21,457.11) after Davisson deducted his other fees above ($3625). This would make a grand total of $4,912.95 ($81,849.22 in 2007 of which the lawyer got $61,563.36.) |
